Sales / Business Development Executive - Financial Services We are a global financial training company with centers in London, New York, Singapore and Dubai. Role Purpose: To drive revenue and market share growth for our Certificate of Quantative Finance (CQF) training programme in the Americas. The Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF) was launched in 2003 and is a flagship qualification within our organization. The course has gained global recognition as the benchmark qualification for anyone in, or aspiring to enter, the sphere of quant finance. We are looking to expand our winning team through the addition of a bright salesperson who shares our enthusiasm for the CQF and can live up to our tag line of "a passion to deliver." Following up with current course applicants and answering all Americas-based queries will form a key part of your role. Where appropriate the Program Development Manager will utilize their previous experience of and contacts within the financial markets sector to source additional training opportunities for the CQF. Role Accountabilities: Achieve year-on-year sales growth within the Americas for the CQF Utilize course alumni to source additional industry contacts and sales opportunities Undertake new growth campaigns with such industry bodies as insurance firms, actuarial companies, regulators, etc. Respond to all Americas-based sales queries by phone/email Undertake limited, targeted outbound telemarketing campaigns with hedge funds, etc. Attending industry events if and as required Assisting with the coordination and execution of information sessions To assist with other projects if and when needed (eg. industry accreditations and affiliations) Communicate with the rest of the CQF team regularly on the most pertinent sales and development opportunities To target and track progress on Salesforce, and provide accurate and timely reports using this medium. Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience: 3+ years sales and relationship experience, preferably in the financial services or training industry A proven track record of lead generation/inside sales experience Experience in complex consultative selling a plus A university or post-secondary degree Required Characteristics: You should be able to naturally demonstrate an attitude that embraces our core values of Intelligence, Innovation and Trust.
