Once upon a time, I was Turnkey Internet's Alpha Reseller Client. At that time, there was no Root Reseller or Professional Reseller Plans. They had 4 Reseller Plans among them all were Alpha. As they offered Domain Reseller with Hosting Reseller, I signed up with them. Later on I discovered that they provide domains from ResellerClub.
I left them on June, 2012 Probably (I can see 10/06/2012 in my Panel now when the service has been terminated). But, I used their Domain Reseller as I got some discounts on .ORG Domain.
The .ORG Promo started on 1st May but I tried to use it before that time. And as a result, the domain was not being registered. But, I didn't notice the date of promo. With curiosity, I saw a button named 'Withdraw' in my domain panel. I clicked on it and there were 2 boxes to write something and withdraw button. I did it and the funds I have added before was deducted within a moment. I thought maybe by someway I will get the refund. But, I did not get any refund neither in my Domain Panel nor in my PayPal.
All knows the Internal System of LogicBox. The payment directly goes to the intigrated PayPal Merchant Account of the reseller. Here is a quotation from ResellerClub:

Want to know why ?? - That's because I'm not their active customer now.
This type of Professionalism is very good indeed. They don't have to think for their customers. David can refund me the fund but he's not doing so because he thinks that he did everything ! On yesterday, I went to their Live Chat system in Sales Section, nobody received it. Then I knocked the Tech Support, they said that their sales was online but seeing my name, David is ignoring me. Really very interesting. I'm not a child, I can understand it clearly.
However, ResellerClub has no mistake here. They helped me a lot although I'm not their Reseller. I appreciate it. ResellerClub is indeed a good company. All the staffs in Offline and Online are very friendly in assisting customers.
But, I'm warning the present people who are being motivated with the 75% Discount or anything else of Turnkey. Because, if you use your brain and search in this forum with their name, you will find that in every occasion (Maybe occasion is in every month for them), they offer this type of huge discounts. It's only a marketing strategy nothing more. They will put you in an oversold server and you will have to suffer from Downtime !!! If you don't believe this, you can try for one month. This is the only reason that I left them. I was on their WebServer34 and it caused harm to my Local Business so I moved on. I will request you to think for the second time before investing in them for your business starting. Don't be motivated with huge Disk Space/Huge Discounts. They offer it all the time.
