?Abstract? EPC (Engineer, Procure, Construct) works, which is an important means of the total project management contract, has become a internationally accepted way of organizing the implementation of construction projects. While active steps have been taken to promote EPC works, which becomes a significant measure, in order to change the situations of domestic project contract, including the reform of organization and implementation methods,there are still needs to improve project management level, ensure project quality and investment efficiency, standardize the market order by using such building management measures. However, sufficient attention to project risk management has not been paid by most of domestic general project contract enterprises, and for this reason heavy price has been paid. As it will be a long process to make the project risk management become a discipline and industry, investigation of the theory and the practice of project risk management show its increasing significance.In this paper, based on the study of the general contracting enterprises, many related informations about general contracting enterprises are obtained. For example, risk management factors and the current status of risk management have been known well. The models and sources of risk at all stages of projects have been summarized. By comparing with the single contact enterprises, the characteristics and difficulties of risk management of general contact enterprises have been analyzed. According to the characteristics of the modes of the management and operation, some in-deep analysis of control to all aspects of overall risk factors and risk sources have been taken. And the principles and methods in connection with risk identification, risk assessment and evaluation, risk response and control in various business enterprises and projects at various stages have been summarized.In order to explain the process of estabilishing the mode of enterprise whole-risk management system, by taking the COOEOENPAL as an example, the author has built up distinct risk management implement flow and sequentially advanced it. By collecting and gathering the risk listing, and using SPSS software, the Risk preferential listing is concluded by analyzing the data. In summary of domestic and foreign enterprises project management experience, more effective method, Flow chart, on enterprise risk management has been put forward. At the end of this paper, the author uses the DJMT as an example to demonstrate the application of Primavera Pertmaster Project Risk risk management module, to look forward to advancing the risk management informationization.The risk management system model establishment and implementation has turned into an advantaged guidance and norms of the enterprise risk management. Nowadays, the competition in general engineering contracting project has become increasingly fierce. So there should be consummate risk management system and exercisable project risk management execution control flow. Thereby, managers of enterprise are able to control risk effectively and in the meantime set up the business enterprise brand image of the project in the market at home and abroad and they could obtain the actual benefit.
